Pre- Season is well underway for our senior teams! There have been great numbers for both our men’s and women’s teams in our pre-season fitness training!

This week our women’s team will start training on Wednesday nights (6:15pm for a 6:30pm start).

Our men’s teams will continue to train on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:15pm for a 6:30pm start both nights)

New players are always welcome!
