Diggers Football Club Committee wishes to advise that we have made the decision to move the advertised Training day for U9s and U10s from Wednesdays 5:15-6pm to Thursdays 5:15-6pm, starting this week.
Diggers has experienced a 30% increase in the lower miniroos age groups in 2024 which has resulted in congested field space for the U5 - U10s normally reserved for Wednesdays.
A decision was reached to move the 2 older age groups U9 & U10s to Thursdays to ensure that our Club & volunteers are able to offer the highest level of coaching for your child’s playing experience.
We apologise for this late change to the training program, however no other solution could be reached.
This decision was made in consultation with the coaches, however the Clubs President Andrew Halpin ultimately made decision.
