Diggers Football Club has been successful in yet another grant application for 2021, rounding out a great year for the Club. Diggers FC’s successful bid for just over $3,000 was thanks to Federal Hinkler Member Keith Pitt and the Federal Government as part of the Coalitions $20 Million Volunteer Grants Program. Diggers FC will be using the funds to equip its Senior & Junior Competition Coaches with tablets for their coaching & digital team sheets, a laptop & printer at Diggers Martens Oval dressing shed as well as funding several coaching courses in 2022. Diggers volunteers work extremely hard throughout the year to provide the best possible experience for its members and this grant will hopefully make life a little easier for our coaches.
